Training

Government regulated First Aid Training - in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act,

Act 85 of 1993.

Safety Representative Training.

Basic Fire Fighting Training.

Specialised Training - Hazmat, confined spaces, etc.

Minimum of ten students required for all training classes.

First Aid Training

Level 1 – R550.00 per student:

introduction to first aid, scene management, primary and secondary survey,burn wounds, wounds, CPR and chocking, fractures, head and spinal injuries, contents of first aid kits, shock.

Basic Fire Awareness Training - R650.00 per student:

Introduction, course objectives, triangle & tetrahedron of combustion, understanding pyrolysis,
fire spread & methods of prevention, classes of fire & methods of extinguishment per class,
fire extinguishers, detection systems, supression systems, human behaviour in emergency situations, fire marshals - functions & duties, fire wardens - functions & duties, emergency plans, evacuation plans -
drawing up and implemetation thereof, conclusion. Minimum of 8 students per class.

Terms and conditions - allow two full days for First Aid Training and one full day for Basic Fire Training.

Certificates are allocated to all students that complete the course.

Transport is not included.

Payment must be made a day before the training commences.
